EdHat International Research Conference in LAW

"Knowledge of Law for Everyone"

The theme of the conference is “Knowledge of Law for Everyone". Law has become that of a central societal value with varieties of policy instruments, including different forms of legal regulation. Policies and legal instruments fostering lawful society seem to signal a responsible approach to governing our society. They, thus, indicate our responsibility to today’s society as well as to future generations. However, the concept of law has to be defined specifically. What then are the implications of legal policies and legal instruments, and how to pursue lawful society through policies and laws? EdHat International Research Conference in LAW 2023 will explore these essential themes in a broad way and from multiple perspectives. The conference will cover a wide spectrum of relevant themes, methodologies, and research approaches including empirical, conceptual, socio-legal review and case studies. Original papers are invited based on the tracks outlined under ‘Knowledge of Law for Everyone’ that are illustrative to the scope of the conference, and are not meant to be exhaustive.
